1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Requirements

3.4. One Account Per Person

Users are permitted to maintain only one Account. Creating or attempting to create multiple Accounts may result in the termination of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any winnings.

4. Lottery Games & Prize Structure

4.2. Prize Tiers

Each lottery game features multiple prize tiers based on the number of matching numbers. The exact prize structure, including the distribution of the prize pool, is specified in the rules of each game.

4.3. Jackpots

Jackpot amounts may vary and are subject to change based on ticket sales and rollovers from previous draws. We reserve the right to set minimum and maximum jackpot amounts for each game.

5. Ticket Purchases & Payment

5.1. Ticket Sales

Ticket sales for each Draw close at a specified time before the Draw. Tickets purchased after this cutoff will be entered into the next available Draw.

5.2. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD). By making a payment, you warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5.3. Ticket Confirmation

A ticket is only valid when payment has been processed and confirmed. You will receive confirmation of your purchase via email or within your Account.

5.4. Refunds

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once confirmed, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.

6. Draws & Results

6.1. Draw Schedule

Draws are conducted according to the published schedule for each game. We reserve the right to modify Draw schedules with appropriate notice.

6.2. Draw Process

All Draws are conducted using certified random number generation systems or physical draw machines that ensure fair and random results. Draws may be supervised by independent auditors or regulatory authorities.

6.3. Results Publication

Draw results are published on our website and communicated to participants via email or Account notification. Results are typically available within 1 hour of the Draw.

6.4. Result Verification

In the event of any discrepancy between published results and official records, the official records maintained by TheLotteryAus shall prevail.

7. Prize Claims & Payments

7.1. Prize Notification

Winners are notified via email and/or Account notification. For major prizes, we may attempt to contact winners by phone or registered mail.

7.2. Claim Period

All prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the Draw date. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

7.3. Payment Methods

Prizes below AUD 1,000 are credited directly to the User's Account. Prizes exceeding AUD 1,000 may require additional verification and may be paid by electronic bank transfer, cheque, or other secure methods.

7.4. Tax Implications

TheLotteryAus does not provide tax advice. Winners are responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes on lottery winnings in accordance with Australian tax laws.

8. Responsible Gambling

8.2. Self-Exclusion

Users may choose to self-exclude from our Services temporarily or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, the User will not be able to access their Account or participate in any games.

Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, requests to increase limits will take effect after a cooling-off period, while requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.

11. Liability & Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheLotteryAus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use our Services;
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services;
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services;
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our Services.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1. Suspension

We may suspend your Account temporarily if we suspect unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms or applicable laws. During suspension, you may not be able to access your Account or withdraw funds.

12.2. Termination by User

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, any remaining funds in your Account will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees.

12.3. Termination by TheLotteryAus

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our Services for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or illegal activity. In the event of termination for cause, we may void any pending transactions and forfeit remaining funds in accordance with applicable laws.
